Applications for the 2025 Summer Internship Program will open Spring 2025.
The Malheur Works Program provides local, graduating high school students, Class of 2025, with professional, paid internships in Malheur County.
These are competitive opportunities, so putting your best foot forward is important.

Applications must be submitted by April 6th, 2025
A single application allows you to apply for multiple positions. A complete application packet includes:
Complete online application form
Resume with references Save format: Last Name_First Name_Resume (ex: Doe_Jane_Resume.pdf)
Letter of Interest Save format: Last Name_First Name_Letter (ex: Doe_Jane_Letter.pdf)
The Malheur Works Internship Program provides interns the opportunity to complete project-based internships and other work experiences. In addition, interns are able to network with other companies and learn professional skills from community leaders.

The Malheur Works Internship Program:
All positions are full-time and paid at or above minimum wage
The program begins mid-June and ends mid-August
(Host sites may be flexible on dates of hire)
